He has been heavily involved in both the National DSoD and EU, DSoE Projects in DWEC and also leads the Scientix4 NCP, EU Schoolnet initiative in schools and with the MOE, Ireland and the STREAMS Biodiversity and Creativity MOEs and International Digital and Transformative Schools of Excellence creativity and (NBS) initiatives.

Dr. Florence Ndagire - Non-Executive Director | Inclusive adult education practices, accessibility standards, and diversity mainstreaming
Florence is a Ugandan human rights lawyer and academic specialising in disability rights, inclusion, and social justice. She is recognised as Uganda’s first visually impaired female lawyer and the first lawyer with a disability in the country to obtain a PhD.
She holds a PhD in Social Sciences from Makerere University, Uganda; a Master of Laws (LLM) in International and European Human Rights Law from the University of Leeds, United Kingdom; and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Makerere University.
Dr. Ndagire has over 15 years of experience advising international organisations, governments, and civil society on legal and policy frameworks related to disability and gender inclusion. She has served as a consultant for UN Women, UNICEF, and the European Union, contributing to reviews of national policies, legislation, and development programs in Uganda, Ghana, and Ireland. Her expertise includes conducting legal and policy analyses, training legal professionals, and developing strategies to promote inclusive education and adult learning for persons with disabilities.
In academia, Dr. Ndagire has lectured on disability law and rights at Makerere University and on theories of disability at the University of Iceland. She has also coordinated EU-funded projects on peacebuilding and inclusion in Uganda.
As a non-executive director, Dr. Ndagire will provide expert input for team Second You on inclusive adult education practices, accessibility standards, and diversity mainstreaming. Her contribution will ensure that project activities, materials, and outcomes align with European standards for inclusion and the rights of persons with disabilities.

Claire is Director of Second You Ltd and leads programme design, organisational capability and quality assurance, with a strong focus on employability, integration and community development.
She brings 20 years’ experience in the development and implementation of large-scale ICT systems for government and EU institutions, alongside significant research and practice in migration, and the national integration of marginalised and diverse communities—including the provision of training on community integration through learning and sport. Claire also has extensive experience leading the development and rollout of programmes for the development, supervision and management of juvenile offenders.
Known for a holistic, outcome-driven approach, Claire has a strong track record in building organisational, team and individual capability through assessment, training, review and continuous improvement. Neil O Sullivan - Non-Executive Director | Inclusion, Accessibility & SEND, Assistive Technology Lead
Neil is Director of Second You Ltd and leads our work in inclusion, accessibility and assistive technology. With extensive experience across educational settings, he previously served as an Assistive Technology Officer (tertiary education), supporting learners with disabilities and diverse learning needs through needs assessment, assistive technology recommendations, and training for staff and learners.
Neil’s expertise spans WCAG-aligned digital accessibility, Universal Design for Learning (UDL), inclusive practice and responsible/ethical AI for accessibility (fairness, transparency and bias-awareness). He also brings EU project capability in partnership work, dissemination, reporting and quality delivery, with experience linked to initiatives such as DSE, ODS and TransIt
Neil was the coordinator of the Digital Schools of Distinction Award. He designed standards for schools to achieve the award for the implementation of digital teaching and learning in Irish primary schools. The project grew in the Digital Schools of Europe, and Neil again implemented standards for schools to reach to achieve the DSOE award in several European countries. He developed a digital interactive guide to help schools meet the award standards. Neil also worked on an EU Erasmus+ project called UDLNet. He designed an e-learning course on Universal Design for Learning for the project's participants.
